Customer Service Representative, San Diego, CA 92106 position description:
We are seeking an individual with initiative, high energy, drive, discipline, great personality and organizational skills.
This person should have:
• Great communication skills & listening skills
• Capable of problem solving and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Willingness to learn and be a self-starter.
• Computer proficient in typing, outlook, word, and excel
• Must be professional in work attire, punctuality, attitude and phone etiquette

Responsibilities Include but no limited to:
• Servicing client’s needs – making changes to policies and writing new policies
• Faxing/emailing/Scanning/Opening mail
• Processing insurance certs & evidences
• Quoting & completing applications
• Keeping detailed records of all work-completed daily.
• Outgoing calls to customers, leads and referrals
