Director of Retail Marketing, San Francisco, California (Hired in 75 days)

Responsibilities:

Partner with retail account managers in identifying top growth opportunities and developing retail programs that build demand and meet company objectives at their specific accounts

Create, develop and implement 3-5 strategic retail programs that leverage Ubisoft’s top brands and unique capabilities at their specific accounts.

Understand and leverage retailer and Ubisoft capabilities; ensure convergence of brand & retailer messages in-store, online and sometimes on TV.

Present retail marketing concepts and programs internally to gain support.

Manage internal and external resources in creation of any collateral materials needed to enable retail programs or support the account (internal and external)

Work with analysis group to understand pre and post-program ROIs; leverage understanding to make improvements to future programs.

Create and implement plans for Ubisoft’s presence at any account specific retail shows, collaborating with brand to ensure outstanding execution.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years experience in Channel Marketing, Marketing or Sales required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills needed for cross-departmental projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational/multi-tasking/prioritization abilities.
• Well-developed presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel required (10-15% of role).
