Legal Secretary & In-take Specialist Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Reports to the Owner. Target Start Date: 1/12/15

Duties include answering phones, responding to client inquiries, screening and taking accurate messages, filing, typing, scanning/photocopying and other general administrative and clerical duties.

Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, screening and taking accurate messages.
• Perform filing, typing, scanning/photocopying and other general administrative and clerical duties.
• Manage, respond to and forward Emails to staff and print required documents.
• Manage Contacts and Calendar scheduling.
• Data Entry and Filing into Access Database, Excel, Word, Outlook, Calendar and link them all together.
• Build and File hard copies into Workbooks in Excel.
• Keep copy machines filled with ink toner and paper.
• Sign for packages; deliver packages and faxes within the office.
• Pick up mail, sort and deliver within the office.
• Answer door, admit or exclude visitors as appropriate, accommodate waiting visitors.
• Minor office cleaning, tidying up.
• Manage other duties as assigned consistent with position.

Qualifications:
Prior office experience is required. Must be proficient with computers and have excellent organizational skills to assist attorneys and paralegal with data entry and general office duties.

Nice to have but not required: Microsoft Access software experience. Spanish speaking.

Compensation:
$ per Hour (depends on experience) + Discretionary Bonus + FREE Parking + Holidays
