North America Sales Director, New York, New York (Hired in 15 days)
Located in NYC, he/she will have to manager and develop USA retail business in partnership with our local distributors for the Hercules® and Thrustmaster® brands. He/she will refer to the Worldwide Sales Director based in France and collaborate with the local Marketing Manager.

In this role he/she will have to:
-regularly visit distributors and chain-stores
-train and manage auxiliary sales partners
-implement all business opportunities (promotional plan, catalog, end caps …)
-closely follow the market and product competition reports
-follow customer credits with the Credit Controller

Profile:
Qualified background:
– a minimum of 5 years of related experience in our business
– good understanding of the retail industry
– desirous of getting involved in a high potential business
– committed to field and short-term upshot action – quick to seize opportunities
– able to work autonomously

 

Additional Information:
– Salary depending on experience – discretionary annual bonus
– Full time and permanent contract
– Training will be provided at the headquarter office
