Video Game Publishers Executive Recruiter
These companies are responsible for publishing online, console and mobile games. They are responsible for marketing, public relations, sales and manufacturing of the games. They usually fund the game’s development process by paying online, console and mobile game developers an advance against future royalties to cover the cost of developing a game. Typically the money is paid to the game developer upon achieving milestones during the development process. After the game developer completes the game it is brought to market by the game publisher. The money received from sales of the game will go back to the publisher until they have recouped the money advanced to the developer. If the game is successful and the publisher recoups their investment then the developer will earn additional royalty payments.
